Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse at Wornal Park, Worminghall, Buckinghamshire.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and British Forces (BFPO) addresses. We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland or outside the UK. If you're outside these areas, email us at e.u.autoparts.inquiry@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery costs and times

• Standard delivery: free on orders of £50 or more, 2 to 4 business days.
• Bumpers: £39.00, 3 to 5 business days.
• Large and pallet items (such as full body kits): £59.00, 3 to 5 business days.

The exact delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Large and oversized items

Bumpers, body kits and pallet items may be delivered by a specialist or pallet courier. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and that there is suitable access to your address. Check the packaging before signing, and if it looks damaged, sign for the delivery as "damaged" or note it with the driver.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, has missing parts, or hasn't arrived within the expected time, email us at e.u.autoparts.inquiry@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll sort out a replacement or refund. See our Refund policy for more details.

Delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, a redelivery charge may apply.
